Mac Rumors: Another rumor site about the goings on at Apple.
Mac Bytes: This is a meta-site. Updated daily, this contains links to current stories around the web of interest to Macintosh users.
MacFixIt: Macintosh troubleshooting and fixing advice. The readership shares experiences on avoiding and/or fixing problems.
MacOSXHints: Updated daily, this site provides reader-submitted hints on getting the most out of Mac OSX and software for it at all levels of ability. This has an extensive searchable archive of older hints.

Deal Mac and Deal News: Macintosh (Deal Mac) or PC (Deal News) deals: This is a great source for finding the best shopping deals on a wide variety of products. Updated multiple times a day. Readers send in reports of good deals.
Deals On The Web: This is another site that links to hot deals found at online stores around the web. Like DealMac, this has Macintosh related/compatible deals on it primarily.
Price Watch: Helps you compare the prices from many vendors on the items you want to buy.
Price.Com (formerly Price Pulse): Helps you compare the prices from many vendors on the items you want to buy. I have not reviewed this site since their restructuring into price.com.
SmallDog.com and Other World Computing: Different Macintosh and Mac-compatible product vendors with great customer support, expertise, and competitive pricing.

Computer Software: Downloading

CNET's Download: Well indexed and searchable site for a wide variety of software. The majority of the software is shareware, commercial demos, or freeware. This site categorizes software for PC, Mac, Linux, Windows CE, and Palm Pilot. In addition it carries software for BeOS and others.
MacUpdate.com and Version Tracker: Tracking Macintosh software releases: Updated at least once day, these are excellent sites that gives listings of new releases of Macintosh software (freeware, shareware, commercial). These cover new products and updates to existing products. They includes links to download directly where applicable. User reviews and feedback are provided for each listing. MacUpdate.com is a newer site than Version Tracker and is, at present, much quicker to navigate.
